Convexabsorber

CONVEXABSORBER® is an absorber panel that is effective at absorbing low and mid frequencies. It is designed for installation on ceilings and walls. Its acoustic performance comes from the combination of two techniques: a module construction tuned to 200 Hz, which is effective at low frequencies, and a mathematically calculated absorption labyrinth with excellent sound-absorbing performance. Thanks to these characteristics, the panel balances the reverberation time and echoes in large spaces, auditoria and the like. With its large convex shape it also acts as a diffuser with a wide dispersion area. The panels can be installed alternately at 90°, making the dispersion two-directional. The CONVEXABSORBER® panel has been designed and tested to guarantee the best acoustic properties for controlling sound energy by reducing resonances and reflections in the room. It has a wide range of applications.

How to read the graph: the higher the curve rises, the better the element absorbs sound at that frequency – a value close to 1 means almost complete absorption, a value close to 0 means reflection back into the room.
