ECOiso System

In keeping with JOCAVI®'s ecological philosophy, a range of acoustic insulation and absorption materials is available, made exclusively from natural raw materials such as cork and coconut.

This product range provides a highly practical and effective solution for acoustic insulation and treatment, with the added benefit of the thermal properties of its components. It consists of expanded cork agglomerate (as an acoustic and anti-vibration insulation material), coconut fibre (as an acoustic absorption material) and perforated panels of coloured pressed wood fibre, which give it an attractive finished appearance. This combination, made exclusively from 100% natural ecological materials, offers excellent technical performance. The unique properties of these raw materials, combined in ECOiso®, provide a high degree of thermal, acoustic and anti-vibration insulation and reduce noise levels in the space. This product represents the most practical, effective and ecological solution for building high-quality acoustic insulation and treating room acoustics. ECOiso® is ideal for installation in music and television studios, commercial premises, auditoria, conference rooms, restaurants, bars, etc.

Coconut fibre is a natural, renewable and very lightweight plant material. Its high porosity (95%) ensures extremely high absorption of sound energy. The exceptionally good insulation and dimensional elasticity of expanded cork agglomerate, combined with the micro-porous absorption properties of coconut fibre, make this product a first-class, versatile and top-of-the-range solution.

The high level of efficiency provided by the combination of coconut fibre and expanded cork agglomerate is difficult to achieve with any other materials. The acoustic behaviour of the ECOiso® system (cork + coconut + wood) is a natural combination, delivering a technical solution with excellent acoustic performance for noise level reduction as well as outstanding aesthetic and decorative integration.

COMPOSITION

The ECOiso system consists of two elements. The first element is the acoustic insulation and the second is the acoustic absorber, which provides the final decorative finish.
