LF Cosmos

LF COSMOS® is a low-frequency absorbing panel designed for installation in the 90° corners of rooms. The absorption peak of this panel is tuned to 100 Hz. The module consists of a high-density foam body and a JOCAVI® melamine face board. It has exactly the same surface finish as the COSMOS® absorbing panel, so the two models can be combined in a single design. Combined use with COSMOS® modules increases the absorption of the nearest harmonic frequencies. The closed resonant chamber has sufficient stiffness and density to provide a highly concentrated and effective absorption coefficient. This panel is one of the most effective and most affordable products on the low-frequency absorber market. The module is fitted by bonding with the recommended adhesive. LF COSMOS® is designed to match COSMOS® models or the other 80 mm thick panels in the range. To increase bass absorption, we recommend using several panels so that they fill all the corners of the room.

How to read the graph: the higher the curve rises, the better the element absorbs sound at that frequency – a value close to 1 means almost complete absorption, a value close to 0 means reflection back into the room.
