LOWNOTE W® is a broadband low-frequency absorption panel designed to fine-tune the low end of the sound spectrum in small rooms such as recording studios and home cinemas.
The working principle behind the development of LOWNOTE W® is based on a Helmholtz resonator with a defined neck opening, using a coloured wooden board construction with an ABS velvet-finished front membrane. This creates a tuned resonant chamber.
The damped chamber system, combined with the concave ABS front membrane, offers a wide range of bass control across several octaves without adding to the absorption of mid/high frequencies.
This model can be combined with the LOWNOTE C® corner system to extend absorption and fine-tune the lowest frequencies of the sound spectrum. This combination extends low-frequency absorption into a homogeneous absorption range.
The LOWNOTE W® panel can easily be hung on any wall or ceiling surface using the supplied fixings. The panels can also be installed in a 60x60cm suspended grid ceiling.

How to read the graph: the higher the curve rises, the better the element absorbs sound at that frequency – a value close to 1 means almost complete absorption, a value close to 0 means reflection back into the room.
