MellowCloud DIF

MELLOWCLOUD® DIF is a one-directional curved shaped diffuser, a multi-purpose acoustic panel for auditoria and theatre halls.
It is a suspended ceiling panel that can be hung either individually or in arrays. It can also be used as a fixed or motorised acoustic shell. This type of acoustic material has a wide range of applications: auditoria, conference rooms, multi-purpose rooms and airports – in short, wherever acoustic treatment with a modular continuous surface is required.

It is a diffusing material with very homogeneous absorption across the sound spectrum. MELLOWCLOUD® DIF meets the aesthetic demands of modern spaces while offering optimum sound diffusion and absorption characteristics.

MELLOWCLOUD® DIF gives architects and designers a wide range of options in so-called "curvilinear" design. Its construction provides curved surfaces with a contemporary look. JOCAVI offers this model in two different versions: standard and bespoke. MELLOWCLOUD® DIF can be tailored in shape and size to fit a given space perfectly. Bespoke panels are available in a variety of types, sizes, ellipses, geometric shapes, vaults, acoustic domes, thicknesses and finishes.

How to read the graph: the higher the curve rises, the better the element absorbs sound at that frequency – a value close to 1 means almost complete absorption, a value close to 0 means reflection back into the room.
