Starting from the same calculation principle used for quadratic diffusers, we have reconsidered it with a new approach and added a new theory of energy-flow calculation that delivers better scattering. NEO 3Q® has a three-step design pattern that distributes energy homogeneously and evenly across its effective frequency range.
The phase surface of the NEO 3Q® grid is designed to provide a more uniform scattering of sound reflections, particularly in the mid and high frequency bands.
Where reflections disturb the overall sound impression and adding further absorption is not appropriate, diffusers are a very useful solution for reducing echo. These diffusers must be positioned where the disturbance occurs.
This model is made of ABS plastic with a composite filling of recycled materials, which gives the whole product rigidity and consistency. It is UV-resistant and impact-resistant. Its fire protection class meets the Bs1 requirements.
NEO 3Q® can be installed in recording studios, music schools, auditoria and halls. It is available in several different colours. Using our fixing materials, the panels can be mounted on walls and ceilings, and they can be inserted into suspended ceilings using a "T"-type mounting rail.
