Stillness I

STILLNESS I® is a damping system and soundproofing board composed of anti-vibration and high-mass elements. Selected inorganic materials of varying density and thickness are combined to form a composite layer with the best sound insulation and vibration damping properties, for effective insulation of mid-low and low frequencies of sound transmission.
The layers of each composite model are bonded under high pressure on the so-called "sandwich" principle.
These composite damping, anti-vibration and soundproofing boards are far more practical than traditional layer-by-layer constructions and provide an effective reduction of sound transmitted through walls and ceilings, in all types of application from the music industry through to industrial premises. This multi-layer construction is portable and easy to install using screws or contact adhesive. It can easily be cut to suit the dimensions of the room.

STILLNESS I® is composed of:
- 1 layer of polyurethane Floatsheet® INS (10 mm) and 1 layer of BA13 (13 mm).

Stillness I features

• Depending on the composition of the base wall or ceiling, this material can increase sound insulation by 12 to 14 dB
• Installation: using screws or contact adhesive.
• Fire resistance: Bs1.
• Environmentally friendly material.
• Flat, high-density board, can be painted
• Also suitable for large-area applications
• Total thickness: 23 mm
