Stripesorb ARC

STRIPESORB ARC® is a strip-shaped acoustic absorber made from self-extinguishing acoustic foam. Its shape resembles parallel blades with angled gaps between them. The small longitudinal absorbing surfaces are separated by angled cuts that increase absorption. Joining several identical modules creates concave and convex arcs that "ripple" uniformly, resulting in an attractive geometric appearance. STRIPESORB ARC® can also be combined with the similar STRIPESORB® pattern. The STRIPESORB ARC® acoustic foam panel is cut in a simple, standard way to keep it affordable. It is recommended for project spaces, large spaces, shared workspaces, music studios and auditoria. This model can be applied to large continuous ceiling areas where stronger acoustic absorption is required. Its shape maximises the surface area exposed to sound waves for better absorption. STRIPESORB ARC® is installed by bonding directly to the existing surface using our recommended adhesives. It is a highly effective absorbing panel designed for acoustic projects on a limited budget.

How to read the graph: the higher the curve rises, the better the element absorbs sound at that frequency – a value close to 1 means almost complete absorption, a value close to 0 means reflection back into the room.
